An example of what is achievable with the right engagement from all stakeholders.
Working closely with Arun District and Walberton Parish Councils, Claywatt Developments created an attractive residential scheme of 175 new homes, which received unanimous consent from the Arun Planning Committee just 12 months after entering into a Land Promotion Agreement with a local landowner.
The site had no prior development plan status, making this achievement particularly remarkable.
The land was subsequently acquired through a joint venture between Claywatt Developments and Linden Homes in 2018, with all reserved matters approved in April 2019 and construction commencing that summer.
