Renovating The Royal College Of Surgeons

The project involved upgrading the headquarters of the Royal College of Surgeons. The redevelopment retained the Grade II Listed “Barry” building while replacing all remaining structures with a major new-build extension.

Complex works included the refurbishment of the building’s 200-year-old library, skilfully combining historic features with modern design. Existing fireplaces and wall panelling were refurbished offsite and carefully reinstated in new locations, seamlessly blending the old with the new.
