As part of our four-year framework with the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), which began in 2018, Claywatt was awarded a £5m contract to fit out 57,000 sq ft of office space across two office relocations in Hastings, Sussex.
The 20-week programme covered two contemporary office buildings, Havelock Place and Lacuna Place, forming part of an economic development initiative to create the new Priory Quarter business district and attract jobs to the town centre. Works involved Category B fit-outs across both office spaces.
