Office fit out, DWP Birmingham

In 2020, Claywatt created a mixture of open-plan and cellular office space across two levels. Enabling works included establishing access routes in line with COVID-19 social distancing requirements.

The project faced budget constraints and programme changes, but Claywatt worked collaboratively with the client to review the scope and provide cost-effective alternatives to keep the scheme within budget.

Pre-construction workshops were held to agree on risk management strategies, ensuring a flexible and collaborative approach. The project was delivered on time and to the satisfaction of the client.
