Nottingham City Hub, Further Education College

The new college provides 2,000 student places within state-of-the-art teaching facilities and forms part of the council’s wider economic regeneration of the city’s Broadmarsh area.

The £58.5m project, which commenced on site in 2018, is the first completed by Claywatt through the Major Works UK framework. It represents a successful partnership between the college, the council, and the local enterprise partnership (LEP).
