Hale Works Tottenham

A new-build 32-storey tower comprising 279 apartments for shared ownership and private sale, with ground-floor commercial units.

Located adjacent to Tottenham Hale stations (Network Rail Overground and TfL Underground lines), the site presented complex party wall boundaries and logistical challenges.

Pre-fabrication methods were utilised throughout the project, including bathroom pods, HIU cupboards, MEP service modules, and a unitised cladding system — enhancing efficiency, quality, and programme delivery.
