Developed by Bawabat Al Shamal Real Estate Company (BASREC) in partnership with Al-Futtaim Real Estate, Doha Festival City is one of Qatar’s largest and most dynamic mixed-use developments. Opened in 2017, the mall spans over 440,000 square meters of built-up area, with approximately 250,000 square meters of leasable retail space.
The destination features more than 500 retail stores, including leading international brands, luxury boutiques, and lifestyle outlets, alongside over 100 dining options offering diverse cuisines.
