Cutting Carbon​

Our award-winning project at Aspen Grove, part of the Cardiff Living development partnership, continues to be recognised for its low-carbon technologies.

In addition, we have handed over 42 homes built to Passivhaus standard at Aspect Place and are currently delivering 76 new homes for Winchester City Council at Winnall, designed to meet Passivhaus low-energy and AECB standards. These homes are engineered with such low heating demand that no conventional heating systems are required, achieving a 41% reduction in energy use and carbon emissions across the scheme.

We are also enhancing biodiversity across our developments, such as at New Green, through the careful planting of appropriate species in communal gardens and on roofscapes, supporting both sustainability and community wellbeing.
