The complex site featured a large podium slab pre-constructed for five development phases. With Network Rail lines running tight to the site boundary, extensive pre-construction engagement was essential.

Claywatt implemented a high level of pre-fabrication — including riser modules, bathroom pods, and unitised cladding — to enhance quality, efficiency, and programme delivery. Close collaboration with the client team also enabled early works to be incorporated for subsequent phases, ensuring a streamlined and coordinated approach across the development.
