Decarbonisation of public and commercial buildings
In 2022, following the introduction of PAS 2038 for non-domestic buildings, Claywatt developed a fully compliant service to support the decarbonisation of public and commercial estates.
As a trusted partner on the majority of leading government and public sector frameworks in the UK, and through extensive work in the UAE, we continually innovate to meet evolving decarbonisation requirements. Our approach helps clients accelerate their sustainability goals and embed long-term energy efficiency across their buildings.
Sustainable new homes and developments
We’re proud to be delivering award-winning zero carbon homes across the UK and UAE. Our commitment to the environment and net zero means we continually explore sustainable methods of construction and modern building techniques.
Our partnerships with local authorities and councils allow us to deliver low energy homes built to high environmental standards. These homes reduce energy consumption, lower utility costs for residents, and contribute to healthier, more sustainable communities.
Helping landlords tackle fuel poverty
Many homes in the UK and UAE could be more energy-efficient. Our PAS 2035-compliant retrofit service guides landlords and housing providers through every step of the journey, from assessment to installation and monitoring.
To date, we have supported housing customers in accessing over £100 million of government funding in the UK, helping to deliver significant improvements in energy efficiency. Currently, we are managing more than 30 PAS 2035-compliant projects and enhancing the energy performance of over 5,000 homes, reducing running costs and improving comfort for residents.
