MMC delivers faster construction, predictable timelines, fewer defects, consistent quality, and reduced energy use and waste. It also supports long-term carbon reduction throughout a building’s lifecycle.

Recent advances in manufacturing mean we can now prefabricate and preassemble 80% of all mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) products offsite, as well as building components.
