4 Kingdom Street

A new-build office scheme comprising a speculative office block with ~348 sqm of public realm, built on an existing podium deck.

The design includes accommodation beneath the podium deck, providing 29 parking spaces and cycle parking at deck level. The office floors feature efficient, clear floor plates. The lower two floors are set back to form a double-height public colonnade. The façade design includes full-height glazing with brise soleil, and there is an external glazed stair tower.

The project also includes public realm enhancements and community engagement: community BBQs, local charity events, and collaboration with local services (e.g. access for emergency services training).
